Karen is widely known in the industry for her commitment to quality standards and the high performance levels of her agency.

As Managing Director, Karen takes prime responsibility for the company’s performance and direction.

Kirsten Patterson is Director of Business Development. She has been with the company for ten years. In the recruitment industry she has held consulting, marketing and management roles. Prior to working in recruitment she has wide international experience covering Banking, Accounting, Customer service and Healthcare.
